1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded via the online store between

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

After receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation merely documents that we have received your order and does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

The contract is only concluded when we accept your order by means of an express order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment

All prices are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 UStG, no VAT is charged and therefore not shown.

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The applicable shipping costs are shown during the ordering process and in the Shipping Policy.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online store.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

The applicable delivery times are stated in the online store and in the Shipping Policy.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

In all other respects, we are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
